Cullman: Tripod Mount Thread Size 1/4"-20
Manfrotto: Head attachment screw size: 3/8"

On the website it says "Every MAGNESIT MB ball head comes supplied with a soft microfibre cloth in a well-padded carrying case. An Allen key for upgrading to a quick release system, a 1/4"-3/8" thread adapter for tripod attachment and an additional adapter plate are also supplied. CULLMANN offers 10 years' warranty on all MAGNESIT MB ball heads." Did you get one of those thread adapters? Else I believe most hardware stores would have them.

Edit: glad you found it.
