Do some searches on this site, these kind of websites have been covered, the link you showed us looks like the usual scammer sites...not saying it is...all I'm saying is it LOOKS like all the rest of them

Look at the rest of their stuff...5D2 with 10-22 (never mind that that's an EF-S lens that would destroy the 5D2 on the first actuation), and "DSLR flash" for $2,300...not gonna happen.

5D2 with 28-105 (EF-S lens, if memory serves) and 75-300 (absolute garbage EF-S lens no one in their right mind would pair with a 5D2 even if it didn't interfere with the mirror) and "free DSLR flash with purchase" for 2350...if you ask me...steer well clear of this site

You know that site is a same when they sell a FF camera body with a 18-55 EFS lens or 10-22 EFS lens. What a joke. If someone buys something from here they deserve to get scammed.

i found this interesting tho. over 500 reviews on nextag from verified buyers with an average rating of 5 stars. now i dont know much about nextag's "verified buyer" tag on the usernames but nextag is reputable right? what do you guys think

You have to know those ratings are cooked. Scam sites do it all the time. Stick with legit ratings like those on Resellerratings.com Any business trying to sell an EF-S lens with a FF camera should be an automatic red flag.

yea i thought so too so i did a little researching. turns out users only get the "verified buyer" tag next to their name if they bought something from digital depot through nextag. it just seemed very weird. but as i read the reviews i notice that everyone only talks about the checkout process and not about receiving the package and how everything turned out.

Would anyone pay over $13,000 for a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XSi Silver W/ True Pro Package (W/ Canon 24-70 f2.8L & Canon 70-200 F2.8 IS L USM & Canon 580EX II. If so let me know and I'll just get you a better body, the 2 lenses and a flash and pocket the $8000 change. I have heard of Digital Depot but not the online bit. Obviously a scam, and run by people who know f*@% all about photography. These people make me so mad, I have a friend who fell for one of these sites (Yorkshire Cameras) in the UK after asking me if I'd heard of the company (Martins Camera Shop) who'd had their website cloned. It's been nearly 9 months and, although the police have closed them down and got access to their accounts, he's still not received any money back so far.

Glad I searched the stores name on this forum. 5D mkII for $1049, too good to be true. I didnt think it was really true, just thought I would see what others thought about this site.

Whenever you see something like that google the business. I always find that they have a ton of negative reviews.
