LOL- Kind of late in the game... Posts have been going on for some time.

I realize that, but I think the "cut-off" post number is somewhere around 600... so I'm still good... :lol:

Mike I did an edit on your pic if I may be so bold.:) I just hit it with Gaussian Blur around her eye and chin below her lip and reduced the opacity. I dont know if you like this but it is an example of how I use gaussian blur and not using any add ons.

@Rich1971: I just got some of the dark gray/silver at Joann yesterday :P

Planning on shooting with it this weekend. Going to try throwing some gels on it, too.

@RandyMN - your comment about the iris shape was more or less addressed several pages ago. He's shooting with a curved reflector. What you're seeing is a reflection of this device.

For my part, I like how it lights her face, but I don't really care for the reflection either.

PFFFFFT-- cs6 will be out in 2 months for a $199.00 update:lol::lol:

cs6 has some unbelievable tools. You can actually move someone and it makes it look like thats how the picture was shot. Crazy stuff. I will PM you when i get a copy. Im going to wait topurchase until i find out if all the actions will work on the program. I had some issues when we switched to CS5.

Randy-- all in the camera

Rick-- like the edit but wanted to keep as much texture in her skin as i can so she looks natural for her agency. If that was going to print or being sent to wow someone we would smooth that a tad more. The girls modeling pages need to look as natural as they can. If they are over processed for a wow factor, they will get passed up for consideration. Companies want to see exactly what they are getting when they go through the contact sheets so if its processed for the Wow factor they are going to pass because they might think something is being hidden from the processing. They are picky and selective. We wanted emily, who has great skin to begin with, to look hot and have realistic looking skin for these shots.

BTW--Tiff thanks for the constant bug on portraiture....it is easier and it look pretty good. I was wrong and being stubborn. should have changed a long time ago

But there are no high school seniors on Gilligan's Island.

Unless Ginger and Mary Ann had a few children.

Until spell-checking Mary Ann, I never knew that Skipper's last name was Grumby

How ??

Well, adobe accidentally released an 80% off coupon for the educational edition last week and I snagged it before they turned off the coupon code.
