Yep, the black dots are back... (1st sample image around the stars)

Why does Canon always give us these crapy JPEG's? I want RAW for evaluation!

Precisely. The ISO 6400 shot looks amazing, but the metadata says Luminance NR 13, Chrominance NR 13, so what part of that amazingness is improved high ISO performance and what part is improved NR?
