Here are some of my pictures from my recent trip to Catalina Island. I was shooting with Canon 7d with a 60mm macro:

nice, i just purchased a canon eos 7D yesterday with 60mm lens.
Just waiting for my ikelite housing and 2 x ds161 strobes to arrive next week.

What housing unit are you using, and how long have you been taking photos underwater.
I am experienced diver but new to underwater photos.

Wow you sure made a big step going right into a a dslr. I started out with a Sea and Sea Dx2g. I am shooting with the same setup you are getting. One thing you will find it is a lot different handling the camera UW. One recommendation I would make, get insurance on your gear for flooding. I got mine through DAN.

While you're identifying things, what's #4 ? We get them here and I keep meaning to look it up.
I'm in a similar situation. Experienced diver and decided to house my slr (50D+DS125+DS51) rather than continue arguing with a p/s. I've done a few dives with each of wide-angle and macro and it's like starting out all over again.
My tip - Don't forget to switch the lens back to autofocus before you jump in - D'oh!

I'm curious. Which section in DAN website has the information regarding the UW Camera? I'm looking for insurance too. Hehe... I'm being paranoid now after one of my UW Housings was leaking. Good Lord the camera was OK.

Thanks.
