I took the original photo last storm season and really wanted to try this edit at the time but didnt know how, turned out good I think. CC welcome.

That is a real invasion. not a wall cloud, its a shelf cloud quite differnt things. still can leave a damage path, but stright line winds. some wall clouds do look like this, but its differnt.
