Good focus for a fast moving subject. Good exposure considering is difficult to get the black shirts right against the bright background. I just wish you didn't cut the feet off. 8/10.

5/10. Back side of the subject, slightly unexposed, composition is odd and it's overall distracting. Try to get closer and isolate the subject, it's a good start though. Sporting events are very difficult to cover.

6/10 Subject isn't all that interesting to me... Maybe if Rule of thirds was applied to the picture on the wall that might have helped.
Rented a 50mm 1.2 L for 2 weddings this weekend. I think I might just buiy one of these in the future.

It's not big enough to really tell how good the point of focus is. For me, there's way to much going on in there. And the background color on it's own is very nice, but seems like too much red for the red in some blossoms: maybe another background like black would have worked better.

Pretty sure I'd have doubled the rating to a 7/10 to 8/10 if:

a. Only one bunch of flowers
b. Different background color
c. Possibly one knicknack or something added
d. Tighter crop to appreciate focus and detail more

I would give this a 9 out of 10. color and clarity is spot on (especially in the eyes), dof is nice, exposure and overall light is very natural. Only real reason its not higher is because of her expression, the tongue in particular. Still a great capture

You could find the other related thread to post that in. Otherwise, you forgot to rate Wolfe's photo above you.

That's pretty much what her eyes look like, aside from a red birthmark removed from one, and one step of sharpening to the entire image. The white area, pupil or iris sizes have not changed.



For the next person posting, this image of Wolfe's from above is next in line to rate.

5/10. I like the processing, and general composure, I'm just not sure what I find interesting about this image.

6.5/10, I like the use of colour but the blown out highlights and strange colouration on the plants throws me off a bit.

7/10. Crisp, light image with a refreshing feel to it. I like the colors as well, however the subject doesn't really catch my interest.

8/10 for coolness factor. I gotta figure out how to do this. A few hot spots on the ground and and focus is not dead on but overall I really like this shot.

8/10 I like the mood, but he is kinda merging into the BG.

6/10. Could use some rim light so she doesn't get lost into the background quite so much. My biggest issue is that her skin looks so...off. It's too smooth, it's too gray, and it simply looks alien. Her expression/eye contact could use some work too. Oh, and not cutting off her fist so she has some breathing room. I guess I'm just nitpicky today...
