She did a great job!

Have a question that's a little OT though - how did she feel about working the event rather than participating?

She didn't mind, she's just a junior right now. Most of the participants were seniors. Plus, she wanted the publicity. Future business she says, haha.

Nice shots! Very nice colors!! Did you have to do any color correction on PP?

[QUOTE=SubliM3;14065039]My 16 year old who's an enthusiast like me got hired by her friend to cover her 18th birthday (debut). She shot the whole event by herself. I was impressed by all of her shots, but more impressed that she lugged around the 70-200 for 4 hours straight. Here are some shots from the event:

1.

i'm a newb, and I really like those shots with the sun flare in the background. What were your settings or what did you metadata read for that shot? two thumbs up on that shot btw.

She processed them clean for the most part, but every now and then she will play with the RGB in levels to get a different feel.

Thanks Ichiban! Drew, she used a single 580ex thru an umbrella for all the group shots. I taught her how to use the PW's and hypersync.
