What a nice gesture, I got an AMEX credit card with $200 on it today from Canon. totally unexpected. It's not even a Canon only card, I guess I can spend it on anything. I'll be buying some more Canon equipment with it though. Thanks Canon, you have my loyalty...

Haha, this is so funny. I was just reading the Mark III price in Australia thread and you said it, and now I see some other guy doing it again and I was like: ha! But you already took care of the problem :P

All that in 6 months? Wow... Gearwhore much?

It is funny, isn't it? I'm up late, just about to nod off, and seconds -- literally seconds -- after replying to this thread, I read the Aussie price thread, and I'm like, no way, this has to be a joke.

Check out my feedback here.

Yeah I can tell since you thought it was your job to correct two people in two different threads. Maybe you should be a closet grammar **** and keep the corrections to yourself. Douche-bags are a huge pet peeve of mine.

So you got all your gear from canon?

I got all my gear from various places.

Did you get your gear as refurbished or new?

What is the incentive to buying your gear from Canon?

I think when you buy your gear from Canon you have to pay tax, so it seems like you would spen more to begin with.

Got to love new gear (and not those that are tightly wound by something as petty as grammar.

How does Canon send out the rebates, when they're available? I've never gotten one, so I don't know. My first thought was that it was a rebate.

Sweet! Canon gave you a $200 rebate for buying all that in such a short period of time? Nice. I'm assuming that was extra, above and beyond bucks.

Hmmm ... I sure hope I didn't get that wrong. Is it 'bucks' or 'buck'?
