Bizzzzzare Weather in Phoenix -Produces great pictures

Today it rained, snowed, hailed in the Phoenix area so of course that means there must be a wild and crazy photo op in the area - so off we went to chase the storm and its results and at the end of Broadway in Apache Junction it paid off the strangest rainbow at the south end of the Superstitions - Hope you enjoy :D

a few minutes later - notice the running water that is normally a dry trail!!

It was very bizarre yesterday. Rain, then sun, then hail, then sun... It pretty much repeated that all day. Nice shots. I wasn't brave enough to go out and try to capture anything.

Very cool shots! I hope this helps with the wildflowers Thursday when it hits mid 80's! I had to work yesterday dang it!

That first shot is great. Rainbows pretty common in this kind of weather, but I don't think I have seen one so low in the sky with a double rainbow.

Congratulations, Marcy! The Arizona Republic ran a 1/4 page picture of your first photo this morning (Saturday, 3/31). That doesn't happen often!
