Woooooo, got my new iPad! Since I'm at my sister's for the weekend I didn't feel like dragging out the laptop, so I gave processing/posting from the iPad a try for yesterdays's photo. Nothing special about the photo, but the pp workflow was pretty slick. Taken with the 60D, transferred with the camera connection kit, processed in iPhoto.

Looks great, Meglet! I have the iPad 2, and since i bought it my laptop has never left my desk. i have the connection kit and use snapseed for PP. the bigger problem is i rarely take my 60D with me since the S100 just slips into a pocket. i really need to staple my 60D to my hand and use it.

I have a question to 60D users,
I am thinking on upgrading my 30D to a 60D, mostly for price , I think the 60D at this time and the economy is the best choice for me.
I am looking at the control buttons on top and see that the Flash Exp Comp is no longer there..
How do you rapidly adjust your FEC?
I am so used to the FEC on the top on my 30D and I don't se a dedicated button to that, is there a way to assign that function to another button?

There is a whole panel of quick adjustments accessible through the Q button. The FEC shows there for ETTL flash. If it is important to you during the shooting, you click Q, select it and then during the shooting Q and then the rotating wheel on the top will get you there. I am not sure that I would give up the functions of the dedicated buttons to FEC.

I don't know if you can assign FEC to a button, but again, I haven't looked into doing it.

does anyone make paper prints of any size anymore? As I read this thread and others, it appears that most folks, even though they use the 60D are perfectly happy with their camera phones and pads. (which are more than sufficient for online/email useage).

How many are routinely printing 16x20 or larger?

I do print from time to time (maybe once or twice every two months)
I use Adorama Print services, the "Metal" paper is really nice, color, quality and durability is very good IMO

If I could re-assign one of the top buttons, I still think that I'd prefer their current functions, rather than FEC. With the possible exception of the light button...

Prints? I sadly don't print enough. I have never printed over 8x12
