Hehe, I feel you on the CA tax. And Canon is literally next door to my work and I still need to pay shipping. =P But, with this, I no longer feel bad about missing the $1800 Beach Camera deal. I've bought refurb in the past from Canon and I've been quite pleased. I'm thrilled to finally join the FF club. Now just need to trade up to glass that will work with FF, hehe. I guess it's a good problem to have. ;)

you don't know how many times I've gone back and forth between buying 5D2 or 5D3. I was struggling with the $1500 difference, primarily just to get better AF. I know the 5D3 is a beast, and I'll own it someday, but now that we're talking $2000 difference, I just made my decision. My sig will be changed once it's in my hands.

Now off to sell my beautiful 5DC. Anyone interested?
