Just arrived at my local airfield in time to catch this WWII survivor departing Sywell in the evening sun. Mk11 PL965 photo recon version. What a treat :)

Thanks folks, I'm delighted you guys like it as much as I do! I'll have a look at the others and see what's worth sharing but this one really was the stand-out. I'll have a play and maybe post a couple more later. Thx for the kind words. Btw, the airfield is Sywell near Northampton in the UK. It has a hard runway as well as grass but they landscaped it so it can hardly be seen, thankfully :)
