Got a chance to try something new today. Never shot golf before so any C&C is appreciated. All shot with Mark IV and 300 f4

Wow... these are fantastic!! #8 is really cool, wish the horizon (tree line) would be a bit lower though.

#2 seems a bit off, under exposed and pulled up perhaps?

A nice set and good use of light. My favourite is Number 1. Captured everything in a tight frame which I like. Less interested in Number 5 and 6 because there is little or no action being captured. Number 8 is OK but not a keeper in my opinion

no.1 and no.8 are my pics
no.5 and no.6 would look better if you got them with the clubs at the top when they finished their swings if you know what i mean

I like 1,2,3,4 good timing on these shots, a couple of suggestions, for bunker shots try and get them so the spray of the sand doesn't obscure the players face, if possible move more to the side like #4. Next would be crop tighter and also see if the shot would look better in portrait.
Thanks for sharing.

White sand is great. I think you do a GREAT job with color and getting rid of shadows. My favorites are 5 and 7. they are the ones Mom will hang in the family room or Dad on his desk. 2,3 and 4 could be tighter for me. 2, forget the bag. Always great to get the tools in the pic but its a bit out of what is going on. Names (team or personal) on the bag are great if you can get them in the shot. Usually around the green or tee to get those. I like 8 but a pit too much dark in shot. Thank you for directing me to this thread.

Thanks Burnet. I'm kind of liking this golf shooting. It's fun. Shot the girls tourney today, going to post some up here in a minute.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I know what you mean about 5 and 6 and I have those shots too but I just like the expressions on their faces better in these frames.
