We were expecting soeme kind of show last night but the full moon ruined any chance at all...specially as the sky was still hazy from the last weather system.

That's a terrific shot...well done!

The moon here was incredibly bright too. There was a huge moon dog as well which I took photos of in between Aurora activity.

I forgot about that. I was anticipating a good show as we had that great solar activity a couple of days ago. Nice shot. I really like how clean it looks with the moon light adding to the snow covered landscape.

Thanks! Looking at it now I think it might be a little too dark. It was pretty gorgeous though.

Yes terrific shot indeed.

Wish I could have even seen the full moon. I was in a good area (geographically) to view and the sky was completley overcast. The sky was clear for two days prior and will be again tomorrow onward. :p:sad:

Nice shots. How did you get the landscape looking so sharp under that amount of low light in the first picture?

The landscape wasn`t actually in low light. The light from my apartment building spills quite evenly and nicely over the cliffs.
