It was listed as Priority Overnight Direct Signature Required. According to Fedex's website that means....

Direct Signature Required: FedEx obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, we reattempt delivery.

Says nothing about having the name of the person having to sign for it. I would question the driver on that.

Shutter count = 1,691

overall it's in very great condition....it looks brand new. The wheel on the back is very stiff but that might be with all of the 5DII's so i dont really know...

Wow, every Refurb I have ever purchased from Canon was under 25 actuations.

That seems like a lot but a good deal regardless. Most refurbished bodies are normally under 100 actuations, based on reports by other customers.
