Trouble downloading LR4

Is anybody else having trouble with downloading LR4. I have the trial and have been using it for over a week or so now. I have had LR since the first beta came out and have upgrade each time. Ok so that is the back story. When I try to buy the upgrade each time I get told there is an error of some sort ?? Anybody else having problems ??

Just tested it - works fine. Make sure your firewall isn't blocking the download. It also may have download in the background without you noticing (it happens) and is sitting in your download folder. If neither of these things help, try another browser.

Ive downloaded it on my PC and Mac with no issue. Just go directly to the adobe page for it and download the try version and then just enter your serial number and youre good to go.

Thanks for the help.I guess I should have explain it a bit better. I tried for over 4 days to download it either straight from their site or from the beta download. Each time I tried they said they had trouble with my card details? No way as I even tried different cards ?? I even had emails from them telling me how great LR is with videos to watch I know how good it is thats why I want to buy it So the good news is I was about to give up and gave it one more try with the same card I had used most of the time and a day later I had an email with the serial number in it so happy days But still strange as to why it took so long
