Stunning room and terrific shot! Love the reflection off the three light shades. (You need to photoshop out what looks to be a small silver briefcase beneath the breakast bar).

A few weeks ago Jonathan and I photographed a Ferrari 360 to accompany an article I had written for an international magazine (circulation 12.5 million per month). Congratulations are in order as the photo editor chose TWO of Jonathan's shots for the article. Sadly he can't post the pictures here because of 'rights' but I'll be sure he makes it available once I get the PDF.

great cartoon Lee

I'm wondering about wandering back down to Howletts, as I sort of have a free day.
Just took this pic of a bird I'd never seen before, in the front garden - I think from RSPB ID it's a Chiffchaff?

I'm not sure it's a Chiffchaff, Penel. It's missing the distinctive eye stripes.

I rather think it's a female Chaffinch.

What's the weather like in Kent - it's beautiful here in Surrey. Don't want to make that mistake again  might just chuck my hat, scarf and glubs in the car just in case!

Actually, Laurence and I saw one of these in the squirrel enclosure at BWC and wondered what it was. So, it was one of the first birds for me to look up in my book.

I've got a 16-35 MKI on the chopping block, though Rob wants a bash with it this weekend so it may be gone already ;)
