Buttonwillow! I helped pay for that track when they were increasing SCCA race entry fees back when I was racing at Willow Springs, Laguna & Riverside. Never did get to race on the track as I quit racing by the time it opened.

I guess it's in the middle of nowhere, we used to call Willow the armpit of the West!

Love the Lola Dave, always wanted to drive one of those.

Long Beach GP less than 2 weeks away!

Anyone in this forum interested in camping and night photography?

Looking to go this weekend to a local area overnight. Full Moon puts out great ambient light. It would be great to have a cable remote and tripod setup!

Thanks I needed that. The cars I used to race are now vintage! Riverside was an awesome track though, and such a close drive, what a shame it's gone.

I went to a Mickey Thompson off road race there as well as an IROC race. But I was like 8.
