Taken this evening, 55-250mm IS at 250, hand held.
Manual exposure, ISO 400, Tv 1/1000, Av 5.6

PP in GIMP:
Contrast +1,
Sharpen Radius 2.0 / Amount 0.40 / Threshold 2
Cropped moon 1:1 (not resized only surrounding removed)

How do you like the change in bodies, so far? CLP, used or new 7d? (I have a 7D coming Friday - the extra FPS alone is worth it to me, and it is used from the classified's here.)

Absolutely love it. I just definitely have a lot of reading to do. Hell, it took me ten minutes just to figure out how to change the focus points. I can't wait to get out and use it more. :cool:
