it's cool but your focus is a bit soft..... pretty tricky shooting underwater.

OT:
That's called Mehndi which is made by making paste of Henna powder & applying it in designs on hands & let it dry & then wash off the dried paste to leave the designs on the hands. The design stays on the hands for about a week or two & then starts to disappear. This is applied on the hands of Brides for marriage in India, even the Bridegrooms too have it on their hands in parts of India

It is henna. She is an Indian bride. Indian brides get their hennah (or mehndi) before getting married.
