Wow....certainly a lot of gear. Kinda funny how they mis-used the term "gray market" (which is legal) when they should've used the term "black market" (which is illegal).

Oh my! That's certainly a lot of stuff. (If I was a customs officer, would anybody care if I pulled out JUST ONE 5D2 and 24-105L from the pile? ;))

In a lot of countries all of this gear would most likely be destroyed because if they dumped these on the market, it could put legitimate importers and sellers out of business.

So they are buying it in HK where it is cheaper then reselling it in mainland China. Customs issue yes but is that really black market?
