Hey all, I am extremely interested in abandoned building photograpghy and Urban Exploration, and I have found several places in my area that would be perfect for photography, however, I do not want to get arrested or fined for my actions, have any of you ever "called ahead" or asked to explore ordinarily blocked off or "no trespassing" area's.

What would be the best way to go about this?

So let me rewrite this question, does anyone know of a good forum for this type of exploration or photography?
