So I'm looking for a new backpack since my Lowepro Slingshot 202 AW is not able to fit all the gear I need after my 5DMkIII upgrade. I'd like to have an honest backpack with two shoulder straps so that I don't have to bear all the weight on one shoulder when traveling. Also, I'd like the tripod to be directly behind me on the bag, not off to the side. I've looked around at Lowepro, Think Tank, Tenba and I just need feedback on what has worked with you all.
My gear is as follows

Bodies:
5DMkIII Gripped (grip back ordered)
60D Gripped

Lenses:
70-200 f/2.8L II
24-105 f/4L
17-40 f/4L
(Future: 24L II, 135L)

Lighting:
Two 430EX II's
(Future: 580EXII)

Tripod:
055XPROB Aluminum w/ 322RC Pistol grip ball head

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks for you help everyone! ;)

TT Shapeshifter seems to fit what you have.
I just found one last week and it is an impressive bag but deceptively compact too.

I recently purchased a Kata Minibee 120-PL. It's probably not a bag you'd want to carry two gripped bodies in, but I wanted to comment on carrying the tripod. I also have the 055XPROB, and it's not a light tripod. While it does fit on the pack, it isn't the easiest thing to carry around. You might want to try it out on a pack in a store where you can see what it feels like carrying it around like that. Mine seemed to move back and forth a bit. I actually remedied this (well, not 100%) with a Slik CF monopod that weighs less than a pound and straps right to the side of my bag.

I use my Crumpler Karachi Outpost when I'm carrying 2 bodies...great bag. My Crumpler Sinking Barge Deluxe can also carry 2 bodies depending on how I configure it, but the Karachi Outpost will be more suited to all the gear you want to carry.
