Hi,
I find picasa so easy to use, and upload and manage albums. But, it seems everyone uses Flickr? What am I missing? Maybe because I shoot jpeg, and other shoot raw .....

I shoot raw and process in PS or DPP and then post online so using eithe flickr or picassa is a separate step regardless. Flickr makes it easier to share, has a longer history of quality hosting, and there is the social media part that some use (I don't). I would also urge you to try shooting some in raw, there are lots of benefits once you learn the process.
