I was looking for a battery grip for my XSI and found one on sale by Flashpoint. Is this a well made grip?

I have heard only good things about Phottix but for the XSI the cheepest I found it was for $75. I found the Flashpoint on sale $35. They have 2 owner reviews but they sounded staged. The link above for the $20 grip pointed me to a brand called Newer and I have heard bad things about them. I really dont want to spend more than $50 so if anyone can direct that would be great.

For the price it can't be beat and look at the reviews. 7dmkii, 50D, XSI (dead), EOS 1V-HS, EOS 3, 70-200L 2.8 non-is, Sigma 17-50 2.8, canon 85 1.8, 18-55 kit lens, yongnuo 685 550ex.

I have a third party battery grip for almost a year and a half, which does the job. 6D // 24-105L // 50 1.8 STM

I had a Canon grip on my old XSi that was great as well, but for the money, I'll go third party all the way. Pick up a ~$10 battery on Amazon as well. No need to spend the money on a Canon labeled battery. Canon S100 : Canon T2i : Sigma 17-50 2.8 : EF 70-200 f4 L : 50mm 1.8 : Sigma 10-20 : 40mm 2.8 : 430EXii
