Ha! Yea, these things are in my back yard just about every afternoon down here. Kinda rare still though. They are black-bellied whistling ducks. Funniest thing I have ever seen! They really sit on wires and whistle just like a bird!

Hey Lonnie, I seen on the news that there is a family of Bald Eagles nesting not far from your area, over in Pearland. If I was on your side of town I'd definitely search that one out, could make for some really good shots.
