Lets See Your Logo!

its the flash-symbol =)
edit: i just felt it was right for the logo, but, if anyone wants to give it a try to make me a logo i would appreciate it?

I get it now. I guess I don't use flash.

That said, if a photographer can't figure out that the icon was, maybe you need a better graphic/logo/symbol? Just don't use a camera/aperture blade graphic...

Gonna be totally honest. If you guys are even a little bit serious about doing photography as a living, find yourself a designer.

I have contacted designers, but im so early in this so i cannot afford one right now, its just to expensive

A good logo is not the ONLY way you're going to make a living taking pictures. Your product will forever speak louder than your logo.

Ok, after consulting multiple people about my logo i have choosen to go with a more personal logo, i have found a font that is pretty much the same as my own handwriting, so i came up with this:

EDIT: WRONG FONT ON BJØRNLI, CORRECT FONT IS LINKED UNDER THIS LINE

and i want the Foto to be in something else.

Any1 with some nice ideas? i have tried so many fonts but i just keep looking for "the one"

Feel free to play around with the logo, just want the font djb cris script for Bjørnli, that is all i know

my old logo is on page 29 just upgraded to this

I am aware the L is had to read but most people who have contacted us know our name and can make it out.

Some great, creative logos in this thread. Was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how I might be able to make a play on double "M" initials, and not actually use the words photo or photography in the logo. Open to any ideas.

If you shoot people/wedding, maybe try turning the M's sideways, facing each other to form hands? Just be careful not to make them look like E's instead.. lol

I think i am going with this, its basicly my signature and a url to my homepage so that people can find my images.
Maybe some day when/if i make it "big" i can hire a designer to make something else. But for now i think i will be happy with this.

I'm not visualizing how the two M's can form hands, so I just tried your suggestion in Photoshop...still not seeing hands at all lol

I'm most interested in using the logo for people/event photography, although I'm starting to get into some urban settings as well. For the non-wedding events such as award ceremonies, this is the logo that I've been using; the white would be transparent, then the logo overlayed at about 50% opacity in a corner.
