Hey man i give you much respect for posting this up here for us to share in your fathers humor at your expense. :D

I felt like I had to.

Don't feel too bad Jake. I've actually used my bike pump to top off my car tires once. Getting the compressor out is a pain in the butt, but it did the trick

It actually worked way better than I expected.

it works but just took a little time

MOkoFOko wrote in post #14272202 (external link)
You do know how to change your tires, right? :)

*sigh* wrote in post #14272210 (external link)
Yeah of course he does.

Call up the dealership > make an appointment > drop off car at said appointment.

I have AAA. And yeah what nick said. Only like 15 minutes away.

Even with AAA you should learn how to put on a spare tire. There may be a time where there is no help anywhere close and you need to change a tire.

All modern society needs is AAA and dealerships these days. Can't do anything themselves

well guys i feel obligated to share this story. Embarrassing on my part. So my tire has a leak in it and to find when i come home for it to be completely flat. We have a air compressor but my dad being the "jokster" he is  just told me to fill it up with a bike tire pump... Appertly thats not how its normally done cause a bunch of people drove by asking if they wanted to borrow a compressor to fill it all the way to 45lbs  I dint find out till i was done he was laughing at me and taking pictures. He said hes never seen anyone do that in 50 years of his life

LIFE FAIL

QUOTED IMAGE

AH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and I bet that the tire pressure is not supposed to be set to 45 lbs. With low profiles, I would guess them to be 32-35 lbs.

I can take a wild guess at where you found the 45 lbs..... ;)

I like cake.

We do, too. Which is why I'm making a nice white-chocolate yellow cake for tomorrow.

24 to 85 is a big gap though...

I obsess.

300 would be much less useful in the city.

That all depends on just how far your apartment is from the YWCA.

thanks :|

Hehe

Yeah:|

I realized something was up when people walking by was staring at me.

Consider it an educational experience.

And, that's why God invented AAA.
