I have ordered from both with no problems. Will keep on ordering from both. I was actually in NYC this week and took a stroll over to B&H. Thankfully for my credit card they were closed.

I sure hope Adorama fixes their latest error! I just ordered the Crumpler 8 Million Dollar Home bag. Today I get a box with a Vanguard Heralder 28 bag instead. Yet the invoice in the box says it's the Crumpler I ordered.

Sounds like a simple mispull.

I ordered some used equipment on Wed, 11:30 am. Received the stuff on Thursday, 9:00 am. Basic UPS shipping (yeah, I'm cheap). B&H and UPS did a great job. By the way, the used stuff was rated 9, looked barely used.

We know what happened; a sales guy in the store was showing both to a prospective customer, and replaced the bags into the wrong packaging.
Then the store stock was transferred to the DC to fulfil your order.

We are trying to trace the Crumpler right now.

I can't stand Adorama! I bought a used camera from them via internet, when I got it the sensor was a mess. They eventually refunded me the cost of the camera, but I was out shipping, tax and the warranty they sold me! Will never ever do business with them again

I can get it refunded if afoord82 gets in touch. For sure it should have been done at the time.

I got a B&H order thru this morning - the "white" umbrella was anything but. I did an online RMA, got an email asking for a pic and 30 mins later a new one had been ordered for me - and I was told to keep the first one.

I filled in an online quote form - to sell them a used filter - while they were closed for Easter. I got a reply 30 mins before they were due to open on their first day back.

Suspiciously identical prices to Amazon but (being just north of NYC) I get my stuff quicker from B&H (even though I have Amazon Prime).

All good.:)
