I was watching these two mourning doves preening each other, so I started snapping pictures with my 7D. In just this one exposure, their beaks made a nearly perfect heart shape. I call it 'Love Birds'.

^Beautiful shot, love the birds, the nearly perfect heart, and the bokeh.

Here's another one - Red Sox infielder Yamaico Navarro with both feet off the ground as he misses a pop-up on the third base side during a night game last season. On the other hand, seeing the Red Sox choke last season wasn't so rare a sight.....

Man, you would have kicked yourself if you didn't have your camera with you that day. Such an awesome shot. That bird looks prouder than hell.

Not just rare for where and when, but it has a kill, with great light, and great natural framing. Print big, hang large.

There's a cafe in Cortona, Italy (external link), that has a similar wall hanging - only a Fiat 500. Cafe's the "Cinque Cento". Nice place, if you;'re in the area.

Well, we got another weird one -- the background makes it look like the ball was caught with a slow shutter. I say that because in that play it really did just bounce off his helmut.
