3 total. 1 YN 560 on a softbox camera right, 1 YN 560 and umbrella camera left, 1 430ex2 lighting the white cloth. There's some light spill ESP on the arms as pointed out by my friend.

I'm probably not the best one to describe the process, but it was basically a lot of scaling, distorting, warping and liquifying. I spent most of the time trying to get the skin to look 'normal'. The whole process probably took 8-10 hours (I had to redo a lot!)

Edited candid if anything, she's extremely camera shy, and was lucky to get this one. I posted this on her fb in hopes her friends would compliment her - so far so good.
