Aenna and I enjoyed our recent fashion shoot so much that we went back out to do the casual side of things.

This was also the first shoot where I tried out the Tamron 28-75 f2.8 so let's see what you all think of the first one.

Nice! I see that many of your shots are in studio (from the links) and when shooting outside, you have to pay attention to the lighting of the background too. Make sure the brighter parts are on the model. Other than that, good job!

5 and 6 the shadow from your flash is really hard on the underbelly of the bridge. If 7 could of been shot with a higher shutter speed it could be better. Step out from the shadow maybe?

It's never gonna be a perfect picture to everyone...but I'm okay with that.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I'm aware of the shadows you mention but there somplybwas not a lot of room to maneuver under there. Sometimes what you gots is what you gets.

1 and 2 the WB on her face sees a little cool
3 and 4 i wish there was a tad more head room
5 has the great skin tone and i bet you could soften that shadow in photoshop
6 i dont like
7 could use more fill

my first "pro" lens was the tamron 24-105 2.8 compared to canon L i hate it and have only bought L since

#7 move her all the way into the shadow, different ISO, faster shutter speed. I like the set
