So how can https://photography-on-the.net/forum/member.php?u=314575 claim to have a grip. Signatures should list airware.

Correct. I have it on pre-order at Calumet SF. I figure they'll be faster than BH anyways.

I think that your camera will pay for itself in no time. (considering you're a working photog)

I've never been paid for photography :-(

Upgraded from t2i hoping to figure out how to use 1/2 the features. Low light (high iso) is amazing!

Funny, I have been waiting for the Successor of the 5D Mark II a really long time... Now that I actually have the Camera, I have yet to take it out of the Mailing Package... I think just because I finally got it, I'm no longer excited to have it... But ya, I still have yet to take it out of the UPS Box... I think I need some serious Help... Any Photographer would have ripped that baby open, like a child on Christmas Morning... Been sitting on the shelf for almost over a Week now!

I voted " I don't have one" :(

How about a few more choices such as:

1) I don't have one YET
2) I bought a D800 instead (went to the dark side)
3) I have both D800 and 5D mkIII

Think new Canon lenses are overpriced? Lots (and lots) of data will set you free!

How much the damage w/ tax? I was thinking of buying outside of SF like around san mateo or SJ. City tax is ridiculous

They have to wait for the grip to get released before they can make the plate (Canon wouldn't ship them a model early), hopefully they will be able to produce it relatively quickly.

You do need help :(

I don't know if you should tell people that! Lots of people wish they could get their hands on one. Go and use it!

No. I bought a 5DmkII and used the difference to fund 3/4 of the price of the 14L and don't regret it one bit.

Round 375 I think...

That's and the weight is what's really holding me back. I had a grip that I never used for my 50D and I feel I could justify saving the money for something more useful like a 70-200 or a 85 :D
