The first move. The first stomp. The beginning of the Flamenco dance.

(This picture should have been posted as the first of the Flamingo Flamenco collection, before the dance and the end of the dance picture. One more picture, the portrait of the dancers follows soon)

cheers

Great use of space. The whole point of interest is the leg in the water, and many would feel compelled to eliminate the "empty" space to the right.

But what I feel absolutely works is that the large amount of space to the right sort of balances very nicely with the single flamingo leg (and its rflection). So it's sort of like a repeating pattern, with the point of interest being the one vertical line that stands out from the others.

I then think that the ripple of water around the leg works very well against everything else (which consists of primarily vertical lines).

This is a very simple photograph, but I think it works very well in trms of its use of lines, shapes, and color. Nicely done.
