he game will last 4 Days and whoever can produce the best edited image (as judged by me) will be picked and it'll be their turn to post their unedited picture for all of us to take a crack at.

The participants must have their "Image Editing OK" turned on and they must provide at least a simple breakdown of how they edited the image, some entrants are a little vague on this point, please give us all details so we can learn and share tips. For instance if you use the unsharp mask tool or Smart Sharpen, provide us with the adjustments you used so others can try them out.

You can post multiple images, but the first image you post will be the one that is judged - all other images will be considered for knowledge and tip use only.

Also, please keep all comments, be they positive or negative, to yourself until after the game has ended.

If you happen to be the winner of the game please start the next one with the title of the game and the following number. For example…the next game should read "Before & After #421."
Game ends April 27th at 17:00 MST (10:00 UTC)

Be patient with me on friday i will judge thecontest that evening, but i will be on the road, it will depend on the time I get to my hotel room, Have laptop and free wifi so that won't be an issue.

Created different conversions with different exposures and different picture styles in DPP and then merged them with DPP++. Added a little contrast to the final image.

Here's my take on it.

I made 2 additional exposures in ACR (+1 and -1 in addition to 0) and then used HDR Efex pro to combine them.

Then used curves to slightly cross process the image.

    Also removed the people.

Made a black and white layer version of the image and then set the opacity of that layer lower to slightly diminish the saturation.

sorry if anyone else is working on an edit, My weekend has changed, I have to pick a winner now, or wait until Monday. so I have picked now, to keep things moving along.

I pick viciouscircle

i like the contrast and the overall feel of the photo now, it has made the shot a lot more
interesting.
