As soon as I get a new job that pays well. :p

Although I'll skip the zipps for now... there are much better values out there.

Moving out is priority #1 right now... but if I get a decent raise + having my car paid off, it could be pretty soon. :D

I just rented a townhouse in the Bay Area to a very nice young couple. They are both attorneys, and just a couple years out of school. Their combined income is $340K. Nice start on life.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Save your hard earned cash on batteries. Rayovac Green rechargeables are the best bang for the buck NiMH batteries on the market. Great price.....hold a full charge for ages and last as long as the big buck batteries in side by side tests.

It would take me 27 years to equal that income based on my current paycheck.

I can think of a few nice swear words - said in pure jealousy - towards that young couple.
But I wont ;)

Yeah... that would be nice...

My BIL and sister will be there pretty soon... He's about to start his summer associateship in NYC at what if I remember correctly is a top 10 firm in the world... She's moving to be a stay at home mom, but she's a nurse. They'll be pretty well off here starting next summer when he starts working full time...

I'm going to have to visit them a lot. :p

$340K/yr in the Bay Area? They'll be renting for a while...

At one point, down closer to Silicon Valley, there were families making over six figures a year living in shelters.

Yeah, it all depends where you are. 340 a year would be just OK in the NY metro area for renting.
