Supurb, don't know how you manage to catch such small fast bird....usually only see them flying relatively high arouond where I live....

I expect you must have a lot of patience to get these shots, just out of interest what would say your ratio of keepers to non-keepers in shots like these is ?

I'm not sure how you came to nearly level terms w/these little speedsters but it looks great. The 1st and 3rd images have great focus on the eyes, while I love the predator/prey perspective of the 3rd.

Thanks Asavani, it depends on the colour of the bird, as these are very dark, I metered of the sky & overexposed by about 1.5 stops, as the light was constant I shot in manual.
