Been shooting Jermaca for most of the year...from her homecoming queen crowning thru basketball and now some fun stuff and outdoor shots. Saw this on the forums sometime recently while searching for ideas....so can't take credit for the concept. Been my heaviest hitter on facebook to date.

I will attach another to show the background....of course it wasn't lit as in this image (Speedlights bounding around in a short hall to light the eagle. This is the look from the basketball court into the tunnel. The eagle is at the end of the tunnel (about 30 ft away)

Lighting was a single BD (580EXII) camera left at about 45 degrees and above her about a foot.

1/250 second
ISO 100
125mm
f/2.8

Straight out of camera, just with a little bit of white balance.

Nice images, simply out of curiosity, was there a reason you went with the loose crops? Just the look you wanted? #1 would benefit from a hairlight of some sort.

I miss Tiff too. You guys don't know me but I have been reading this thread for weeks trying to catch up to be current. I love the work of many of the contributors and Tiff is right at the top. Not only because of her work but her generous sharing of knowledge and I love her sense of humor!

In my opinion JFusion owes Tiff an apology. At one point he asks how he was harrassing Tiff. Calling her work "horrible" is harrassing:

You can take or leave the fact that some of us think the actions she's using over do whatever affect she's trying to achieve and look horrible.

She seriously deserves an apology.

Anyone ever report that person to a moderator? I can't believe they'd support rude behavior.

I agree. And Tiffy is getting a new 5diii, she'll really be rocking the photo shoots!

AS you may have noticed, we don't see Phamster much either. He like Tiffy was also very kind & helpful, sharing BTS info, and just like Tiffy, he was mistreated.

Seems like once you hit a certain celebrity status the personal attacks start. I'm sure we won't see Pham or Tiffy again, they don't need the abuse as they are actually making real money from what they do.

Same as tonyr0584. Very successful senior shooter who used to contribute a lot. Then it got where every time he posted some images a select few would comment on his skin work and he over and over told people he understands the comments but it is just his style.....same as Tiffany.....Clients standing in line to get the treatment they provide but the barrage kept coming until it just wasn't worth the trouble.

I have always considered Tony one of the best I have seen and Tiffany is climbing that ladder quickly...

Sure, Tiff's work is processed more than some may like but she certainly had a hell of a lot more clients than most. If my images looked like hers, I wouldn complain. :D
