Took a trip up to Edinburgh at the beginning of the year. Didn't get much chance for photography, but did get down to Newhaven Harbour and stopped at Belhaven and Dunstanburgh on the way home.

I prefer the color shot--very nice! I'm sure there is a way to straighten the lighthouse, just not expert enough in Photoshop to tell you how to do it.

I have the same problem that you have: I want that lighthouse to be vertical! It is caused by the wide nature of the lens. In Photoshop CS5: Filter-->Lens Correction. Input camera model and lens, and viola!

I really like shots 1, 2, and 4. The bridge just doesn't do anything for me.

Keep up the good work.

John

Thanks for the feedback.

John - lens correction was already done in Lightroom, but they could do with a bit more perspective adjustment. Will have a go when I get a chance
