Finally got my first fashion shoot(Which was much fun!), and luckily I got to shoot it with my newly acquired 5D3. LOVE IT.
Shot using 5D3/50L @ f/1.2

THanks man...

Btw, I've been kind of out of the loop here. How long much more before the grip comes out? Is it still rumored for late May release?

Here's one of my first high ISO shots

Very pleasing for ISO 12800. The noise is not distracting or irritating at all.

I agree Mike, that's a lovely shot. Very impressive looking, and I don't just mean the car.

Noise is fine as long as the details don't get too mushy. Looks good to me at such a high ISO even when pixel peeping.

Thanks Al! I don't get to shoot as much but when I do I try to go all out.. :) I probably shot maybe 1.5K pictures in two days. Of course that's nothing compared to you. :)

I agree, on top of the ISO performance I can not stress it enough that the AF points works in very low light. I wasn't even using center focus point on that dog shot. On my 5D2, I would have been using the center point the whole time.

I wish they would release a firmware to address the focus points illuminating. So hard to see.

I would chide you for exaggerating, but was just on a weekend trip to the beach and took about 2K:oops:
