Thanks flyfish, camerabuff & village idiot. I appreciate it!

@CameraBuff - I wasnt too low. I was perched upon some rocks on the bank, but I didnt extend any of the legs of the tripod except to balance on the uneven terrain. If I had to guess Id say the camera was probably 3-4 feet above the water.
