For those who left your phone number to call back when 5dii available, when they call, what is the caller ID number? I got a call this morning but shows no number, and I didn't answer and no voice mail.

I put my order in for a T3i kit and nifty two-fifty on Monday just before noon and got in in my hands today. It didn't actually ship from Canon until Tuesday accrding to FedEx.

I had to remind the person taking the order that I qualified for 2 day shiping, so make sure to ask if they say ground when you get an additional lens.

Oh and EOSCount says its got a shuter count of 19. Both the kit and 55-250 look brand-spankin new :D

I hate to tell you but that was probably them, when they called me it showed up on my caller id as "unknown". When I left my number with the guy he told me if I didn't answer or if he got a voicemail he'd go on to the next number on the list. You might want to call back and leave you number again to get back on the callback list.

Wow Congrats....13 actuations that is amazing, I've been ff this thread coz I wanted to get 7D in a near future. I hope I get the same low as that so far the lowest with 7d is 19 actuations if I remember.

then you don't need RMA. rma = Return merchandise authorization. You only need an RMA if you're returning what you bought back to canon for whatever reason.

the P&S is going to a recycling center somewhere. *edit: use the correct label. :-)

use any box you got to send it back. keep your big box just in case you need to send it for a return or repair.

Just got my 5d MKII, it looks brand new aside from having a screen protector installed on the lcd. I checked the shutter count and it said 290, I'm stoked for what I paid I would have been happy with anything under 5k.

OK, so I called just now and asked about a P&S being a part of the Loyalty Program, and the customer service agent wouldn't even give me information until I talked with a technician about my broken camera.

WTF, is this normal now? I purchased a 7D from them about six months ago and I didn't get anything along those lines.
