I like turtles.

turtles as a pet, or as a food? As food, beware the livers, unless you can tolerate bile better!

Inane comes to mind when I view some of the posts (I won't mention names).

Back to the subject of Elinchrom. I was fortunate enough to purchase a used BXRi500 from another member here. It works most excellently. The modeling bulb did burn out, but I won't hold it against him. He, unfortunately, decided that another lighting line would work better for him. You know the old saying about leading a horse to water.

Anyway, I hope all of you enjoyed mothers day, or should I says to you boyz, Muthaz Day.

Oh, and I forgot to tell everybody that I think my mannequin is pregnant. I hope it's a girl that grows up to look like a mannequin I saw outside of Macey's once. I wonder what the postman looks like, could he be the father? I've had her for over a year now, maybe she was with child before I got her. Anybody know what the gestation period of plastic is?

It's like a car crash. You know you shouldn't look but you can't help yourself.

Hi Dave Jr.

If the mannequin has a son, I'll name it Dave.

I am for real. As real as the Vikings winning the Super Bowl next year. As real as Paul Buff is cute.

Oh, Dave Jr, do you know where I can buy modeling light bulbs cheap? Maybe Craigs list or something like that? The cheapest I can find locally are 1000 watt and cost $48.85 plus tax. Will a 1000 watt bulb work all right in my BXRi500? What color are your Alien Bees?

Aren't modeling lamps for the BXRI 500 about $10 at B&H? BTW, your modeling lamps won't burn out so quick if you don't use them to grow pot 24/7.

And the Sea Chickens suck too.
