Hey guys,
I'm new on here and happy that I found this forum.
Here a shot that I took a couple weeks ago, I took it with my Canon 450D + SP Tamron VC Di 70-300 USD lens. C&C appreciated :D

Thats great! Where did you take this picture?

And how do you like the Tamron 70-300? I'm thinking about picking one up.

Oh my goodness that is a beautiful photo of an adorable antelope! Im not sure why you havent gotten more comments. I love it! Color might be a little off, could be my monitor though. Focus is spot on though and the pose you captured is great. Where were you able to find one of these critters?

thanks guys for the positive comments!
This cute little antelope is actually my 'pet'. I live in Ghana West-Africa (I am Dutch though) and somebody had brought him when he was incredibly small. The poor critter could sit in my hand:) The people here either shoot the mother for bushmeat and find the baby or just find the baby somewhere. I've had it for quite a while now, just fed him a little bit ago, he is just the best model I can find and very uncommon one.

@mattf2682; for the money this is probably the best 70-300 lens you can get. The VC works incredibly well, I had some cannon lenses before but this lens is far better (i have owned no L lenses though) I also really like the way its quality build. Not so cheapish as those EF IS-USM lenses. I'd say; go for it!

cheers~ harry
