Think Tank Retro7 at Adorama.

I found the Retro10 large, maybe this is a choice?
I have had incredible customer service, and found Helen Oster to be great here. I don't think Icould break Think Tank bags.
They have the Tenba Black Label satchel too.

Hope this helps.

I finally got a one liner back, I'm sending it back today, costing me $12. They can't say what they will do once they get it though, got to love the time they spend emailing a customer

Glad you're getting help. Surprised it took so long. Old Domke stuff seemed to last forever.

We've been Miata owners for a long time. If you spend time at www.miata.net (external link) it's like a cult. Could some bag makes be the same? ;-)a. Well deserved praise when used by owners who know them...

You can't go wrong with ThinkTank products, plus can't beat customer support. I have a Airport Security rolling bag, last year one of my wheels was feeling lopsided I emailed customer support to see how to order new wheels, I got a response within 24 hrs asking for ser#, 2hrs later got an email stating that wheels will be shipped that day. I had wheels 2 days later, that is how a company should treat there costumers.

the bag was shipped back, delivered to them on the 16th of May. I email yesterday, thinking they have had plenty of time to check the bag over.

They claim they don't have it. Oh come on. I have DC!

I need a bag!!!! I guess i need to forget it, and the extra $12 wasted to ship it back

That's ridiculous. Hope I never have issues with mine.

Point them to this thread and let them know you will continue illustrating their lack of customer support as long as they can't help you. I'd also send them the DC number and tell them you know they have it and now you will be contacting other people since they have your bag now. Good luck, but I won't ever buy from them now. Ever.

Very disappointing.
I hope they come through for you. I am happy with my Domke bags, but they have been problem free.

Good luck!

ps have you checked to see if they have a Facebook page, or twitter?

Im not sure what kind of bag you want exactly. But as far as durability in a shoulder bag, I have actually had a Case Logic bag since 06 or 07 that I use regularly and has no wear. Its my bag I use to carry my second camera, extra lenses, and a light. I also have a Lowepro backpack that has lasted the test of time. But for a cheap easy bag I really recommend the Case Logic. Its a neat bag because it has a holster inside that supports the camera with the lens on. It also has a molded hard bottom so it is extra durable.

Here is a link to almost the same bag I have:

That one is the newer style of mine. The one I have has a different holster thing inside and isnt as sleek looking with the lines but otherwise its the same design.

Well I'm glad you've got a bit of good news at last. You're remarkably patient and this is a heads-up for all Domke fans; we better take care of our bags! My 26 yr-old F-2 needed a new strap last year (rubber wore out) and I thought about sending it in but then I just bought a strap and had a local cobbler stitch it in. Good for another 26 years!

I can't believe it's taken since January to get a replacement. Please tell us how it goes and hopefully the new one is perfect and will last forever. The Domke designs are wonderful and absolutely the best bags to work out of.

BTW about your online name: I assume you're a fan of the Ab Fab series on the telly? I loved Eddie what an awesome character she was!
