7D arrived. 1927 clicks and a small mark on the memory card door. Other than that, looks brand new.

My 24-105 is quiet compared to the 70-200 2.8 IS I have.

Finally got my 5d mark 2. Checked the shutter count and its at 786. To be honest I would've been happy with anything under 10k. LOL.

I've seen people on this thread comment about how they qualify for "free shipping." What does it take to qualify for this?

Thanks!

I think you have to purchase a body and lens. I qualified for free 2 day shipping and didn't even know.

not sure then.

on another note my 5d2 when i select the top focusing point. there is another reddish light right above that focus point. i know this isn't normal but would you guys send it back for a new one? i'm still kind of confused how this happens tho.

i just want to play with my camera =[

Back in March the Program was changed to Ground Shipping (It had been 2nd Day FedEx as standard, with the option of upgrading to Overnight for $12).

Currently a CLP camera purchase comes with Ground Shipping, with the option of upgrading to 2nd day for $24 or Next Business Day for $36. Note that the shipping time is from the time your order is ready to go - not from the date you place your order.

If you purchase a combination of items (camera and lens, or camera and flash, or camera lens and flash), then your purchase should be automatically upgraded to 2nd Day. There were a few reports from people purchasing combinations but not having their shipping automatically upgraded, so be sure to ask for 2nd Day if you order a combination.
