I'm not happy with my lab's gallery wrap products. I have been using Millers Imaging for a couple years and have been very please with their prints and press products. However, I recently ordered my first gallery wrap for a client and the canvas did not have a tight stretch to it. Fortunately that client loved it, but it was not up to my standards & preferences.

So, could I please get some recommendations for some online professional labs that create good quality gallery wraps?

So you ordered your first gallery wrap ever from Miller's and it wasn't up to your standards and you gave it to the client anyway? Why wouldn't you just contact Miller's and ask them to take corrective action? Every lab is going to fall short of their customer's expectations at one time or another no matter how hard they try. I wouldn't write off Miller's because one order didn't meet your standards of excellence, which you seem to have thrown out the door by giving it to your customer anyway. Sorry to be harsh but....

For what it's worth I tried "Simply Color Lab" and loved their wraps. Their production staff will also contact you by phone if there is something not quite right with the file, or they sense a potential problem. I was really pleased.

Ive got a few on my walls. One from Mpix and three from Canvas on Demand. Theyre all very nice and equal in quality in my eyes.

I have ordered a few from MPIXpro and they all came out great.
The colors were spot on.

Isn't Miller's the same as MPIX?

I believe theyre owned by the same group but I dont believe they use the same printers and/or paper. I could be wrong though. Im basing that off that I read a recent post about paper quality between Mpix and Millers.

I have 13 canvas prints sitting next to me right now from Canvas On Demand. I really love CoD, their print quality is amazing, each canvas is perfectly wrapped on its stretchers and they come shipped nicely padded in foam (not cheap brown paper like some other companies) that is strapped into custom cut boxes.

As a business owner you can get a pro account with them and they will give you one canvas print for free. Then by having the pro account you save $$$ on every canvas. They also have a neat tool to view your photo on canvas, and encourage you to use the photo it gives you for your site. Customer service is amazing, I dealt with Casey to get a rush order for an art show this weekend and they got it here in time. I cant say enough how impressed I am with them. Plus they are always running sales!

My referral code with them gives 20% off: http://canvasondemand.tellapal.com/a/clk/3YTw8q (external link)

And another forum user just posted that they have a flash sale going on where you can get the 16x20 canvas for $45 shipped. Its an amazing deal imo! http://www.canvasondemand.com/flash-sale (external link)
