Great color! Icelanders get ripped off. Here it's an experience to go somewhere like Bourbon Street, drink all night and stumble out of the bar after the sun has come up. There the sun is always up no matter when you stumble out of the bar.

Well, that is only in the summer. In the winter it hardly gets light, so drinking all night gets a lot more challenging.:lol:

Wow, just so beautiful!! I checked out your site, Helen, and love your work, especially the ones of Holland. Both my parents were born in Friesland, and I was able to spend 6 months there when I was 19, getting to know my family and the countryside. I spent most of my time in Woerden/Utrecht area and also in Friesland and the surrounding countryside. Great work!!
