Really helpful thread and glad I found it! I'm highly considering purchasing the 60D through this program, but can't decide if I should go for it or get it new with an extended warranty... Decisions, decisions...

Does anyone know if the EF 24mm f1.4L II can be purchased together with a camera and get 20% discount?

Per the list of eligible lenses on the first page, it appears the answer is no.

Correct!

Available models, pricing, and eligible lenses are checked every Monday morning (Tuesday for Holiday weeks). If there are any changes, I update the first post.

If anyone posts a change mid week (such as new additions to the program - not product availability), then I verify with CLP and update the first post.

Of course you can always call and ask - you may get a rouge customer service rep who is feeling happy and is looking to share some love!

Good Luck!

I had heard that it is best to stay off the Title Fairy's radar - now switching to stealth mode in 3, 2, 1, .....

I know this thread is all about the SLRs in the CLP program, but does anyone happen to know which point-and-shoots are eligible?

You'll have to call to get the valid list. The PS offerings seem to change more frequently than the SLR options.

Last I called, which was a good long while ago, it was the G11 and the little A-series camera.

Kelly - EOS 5D - EOS 40D - Rebel XS - EOS 10D - EOS 1D - SX230 - AE-1 - OM-1n - Minolta Himatic7 - EOS-1N
ABR800 - Several flashes, remote triggers, stands, too many and yet not enough lenses
